But...custom orders are not returnable. Please read the email we will send back to you confirming your order. Obviously personalized items are NOT returnable. If we have made a mistake, we will replace the item cheerfully. But if you haven't proofed your order and you made the mistake, we will try to correct the monogram, but sometimes we have to replace the item (and we take 50% off the cost of the replacement order).
Returns and exchanges must be made within 30 days. Products must be in their original packaging.
Gift orders can be returned, but will issue store credit.
